Warm-Up & Mobility Work: A group warm-up with mobility and dynamic stretching follows, preparing everyone for more intensive exercises by improving joint range of motion and reducing injury risk. Strengthening Exercises: Targeted strengthening exercises focus on key areas like the core, hips, and shoulders. These exercises are scalable, allowing each athlete to work at their appropriate level while building stability and control. Functional Movement Drills: Functional movement drills are conducted in a circuit or station format, integrating strength work into practical, sport-specific or daily life activities. The group environment fosters motivation and camaraderie. Cool-Down & Stretching: The class ends with a group cool-down, including static stretching and breathing exercises to promote flexibility and recovery.
