I’m Austin Lawrence, the founder, sole operator, and certified personal trainer behind Elite Fitness Lab, located in Purcell, Oklahoma. With years of experience in the fitness industry and a deep commitment to helping clients transform their lives, I specialize in creating personalized, evidence-based training programs tailored to your unique needs and goals.

 

About Me


With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and multiple certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I bring a comprehensive and scientific approach to fitness training. I hold the following certifications:
 

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT)

  • Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES)

  • Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES)

  • Stretching and Flexibility Coach
     

Growing up as an athlete in Washington, Oklahoma, I learned the value of discipline, perseverance, and personalized training. These lessons inspired me to build a career where I could help others achieve their fitness goals, no matter their starting point.

Yes, I provide a complimentary fitness assessment for all new clients. What is the OPT model, and how is it used in training? The OPT (Optimum Performance Training) model is a flexible framework designed to enhance fitness and performance across three phases: Stabilization, Strength, and Power. Unlike a fixed program, it allows for customization based on individual goals, whether improving stability, building strength, or enhancing power. This model doesn’t require a strict progression from start to finish; instead, it can be adapted to meet specific client needs and ensure safe, effective progress. What should I bring to my training session? Wear comfortable workout clothes, and bring water and a towel. All necessary training equipment is provided. How do I prepare for my first session? Arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and to discuss your fitness goals and expectations with me. What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Do you offer discounts or promotions? Yes, I offer discounts on larger training plans—the bigger the plan, the bigger the discount.
